Working out the muscles in your face is no different to the ones in your body. It requires correct technique and consistency in order to see results. During my workshop I'll be teaching you everything you need to know in order to maintain supple skin and toned muscles.

 The session is fully interactive, educational and a lot of fun. You will learn how to confidently and safely do your own daily facial massage ritual. I'll also be discussing skin care tips, habitual factors, skin busting myths and assisting with 1-2-1 specific advice.

  • A face oil of your choice. Keep it simple and light.

  • A head band or hair tie if you have long hair.

  • Optional mirror and hand towel.
